Welcome to the training session! The following timetable is designed to maximize your learning and conditioning. Punctuality is a key component of respect and discipline in the martial arts: please ensure you arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled start time to be changed and ready to bow in. Consistency is essential for progress.
