Today, I hold the honor of being a Sifu in this very academy, a title that carries immense weight and responsibility. It is a profound privilege to ascend to the rank I once looked up to with such reverence. My long tenure here gives me a unique understanding of our school's deep history and specific style, allowing me to maintain the integrity of our tradition. Being Sifu means I am now the guardian of the flame, charged with mentoring the next generation of students. My focus has shifted from seeking personal mastery to ensuring the skills, wisdom, and spirit of our Kung Fu lineage are passed on accurately and passionately.

As Sifu, my daily effort is now dedicated to shaping the future of this academy. I leverage my twenty-five years of experience to not only teach techniques but also to cultivate the mental fortitude and moral character essential for a true martial artist. I am uniquely positioned to guide students because I understand the exact challenges they face, having walked the same path for so long. My commitment now is to foster an environment where discipline thrives, community is strong, and the beautiful, complex art of Kung Fu continues to flourish under my guidance for many more years to come.
